Customers can also order a variety of efficient lighting products at discounted prices via our online catalog at catalog.nhsaves.com.

Please fill out the instant/mail-in rebate form completely. Mail the completed form along with a copy of your receipt and original UPC code from the package to the address listed on the form. Note: Qualifying purchases must be made between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 to qualify for rebate. Paperwork must be submitted by January 31, 2017.
