Look for the ENERGY STAR^® label, the symbol for energy efficiency. Look for it whenever you purchase a new appliance. You’ll conserve energy, save money on your utilities, and help reduce air pollution. You can earn rebates too.

Now is a good time to consider purchasing ENERGY STAR qualified heating and cooling equipment. If your HVAC equipment is more than 10 years old or not keeping your house comfortable, consider replacing it with ENERGY STAR^® rated equipment. As a Liberty Utilities electric customer, purchase and install qualified ENERGY STAR^® Heating or Cooling Equipment between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 or while funding lasts.

Just complete the mail-in rebate form, include proof of purchase and a copy of a recent electric bill and mail to: EFI NH Heating/Cooling Rebate Program, 40 Washington St, Suite 2000 Westborough MA 01581. All rebate forms must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2016. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks from postmarked date for rebate processing. Rebate inquiries: 1-877-883-1758.

Clothes Washers

For a limited time, purchase a qualifying ENERGY STAR^® rated clothes washing machine between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016, and receive a $30 rebate by filling out this mail-in rebate form. All rebate requests must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2016.

And remember, $30 is not all you save. An ENERGY STAR^® clothes washer uses 35% to 50% less water and 50% less energy per load, saving you money while you use it. 

Refrigerators

Get $30 back through a mail-in rebate from Liberty Utilities upon your purchase of an eligible ENERGY STAR^® qualified refrigerator or freezer.

Required Steps

Purchase an ENERGY STAR^® qualified refrigerator. Fill out the mail-in rebate form completely, attach the receipt and a copy of your most recent electric bill, and send it to the address on the form.

This offer is available to New Hampshire residential electric customers of Liberty Utilities. The rebate is good for purchases made from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. All rebate requests must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2016.

For a limited time, purchase a qualifying ENERGY STAR^® rated room air conditioner between March 1, 2016 and August 31, 2016, and receive a $20 rebate by filling out a mail-in rebate form. All rebate requests must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2016.

Get $15 back through a mail-in rebate from Liberty Utilities after you purchase an eligible ENERGY STAR^® qualified room air purifier.

To qualify you must be a Liberty Utilities electric customer in New Hampshire and own the units for pick-up. In addition, your refrigerator or freezer must be:

• Between 10 and 30 cubic feet using inside measurements
• The second refrigerator and not the primary refrigerator
• Clean, empty, and in working order at the time of pick-up
• Accessible with a clear path for removal by contractor
• Picked up at your Liberty Utilities electric service address

Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign and release the unit.

Each participating household is limited to pick-up and rebates for two units.
