We offer easy-to-use, simple, water saving devices to our residential and commercial customers. These items feature a range of features to help you use water efficiently, and they are easy to install on your own using basic tools typically found in homes or businesses.
There is a limit of one of each kit per service address every three years.
Liberty is offering efficient showerheads with a thermal shutoff valve (TSV)! TSV reduces water waste while waiting for the water to warm up in the shower. Turn the shower on and once the water reaches 95°F, flow is automatically reduced to a trickle until the unit’s cord is pulled to resume normal shower head flow. Water is a limited and precious resource, and it's up to us to use it wisely. Replacing an inefficient toilet is a simple, easy solution that can help you save more than 10,000 gallons of water each year.
This program offers delivery of up to two (2) ultra-high-efficiency toilets (UHET) for qualifying customers. Customers must have existing toilets that use at least 1.6 gallons per flush and have not participated in the program before. Maximum of two toilets per household. Call EcoTech Services at 866-308-8391 to qualify.

In order to continue assisting our customers during this time, Water Wise Consulting Inc. will provide water audits either in person at your home or virtually through Zoom. If it is a virtual appointment, please download the app prior to your appointment. During the appointment, WaterWise Consulting Inc. will assist customer to read the water meter, show how to determine if there is a leak on their property, and inform you of any rebates or programs available to you.

Liberty is offering weather-based irrigation controllers (WBIC) with installation! WBICs use current local weather data to adapt to your landscape watering schedules, only watering plants as needed. WBICs replace your standard clock timer with a WaterSense labeled irrigation controller with the potential to save thousands of gallons of water annually.
