Delivering reliable service and long-term value for Gold Canyon customers

Liberty crews continue to invest in our Gold Canyon wastewater system to support safe, reliable service for our customers and communities.

Recently completed work includes improvements to Clarifier #1, rehabilitation of the Clarifier #2 scum pit vault, and installation of a new incoming surge protection device. Together, these projects help strengthen system performance, protect critical equipment, and support more dependable day-to-day operations.

Work is also underway to modernize control systems for the bioreactors, belt press, and drum thickener, with completion scheduled for September. These upgrades will give operators better visibility into key treatment processes and help teams manage changing conditions more efficiently.

These efforts reflect the ongoing work being done across Liberty to deliver value to all of our stakeholders by maintaining the safe, reliable service our customers depend on.
