Water Rates and Tariffs
Water Rates and Tariffs
Rates reflect the cost to maintain and improve infrastructure, deliver safe and reliable water services, and provide customer care.
Stage 1
Liberty Utilities (Litchfield Park Water and Sewer) Corp. is currently in Stage 1, Normal Operations. Under Stage 1, Liberty is deemed to be operating normally and while no voluntary curtailment of water usage is being requested, conservation efforts are encouraged as a best practice. Thank you for doing your part to conserve water.
Revised Tariff - Effective May 8, 2024
Liberty updated the Curtailment Tariff with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) effective May 8, 2024 to reflect current sustainability goals and to curtail water use more efficiently during times of water shortages or peak demand.
A curtailment tariff is an approved tariff that allows a utility to request customers to reduce water consumption when the demand is greater than the production. The Curtailment Tariff includes four stages, and each stage indicates the detailed conservation measures for customers to follow. Please view the tariff at the link below for further information.
