Wastewater Rates
Meter classes are determined by a number of factors, including how water is used on the premises. Your meter class can be found on the first page of your Liberty bill.
2019 Rate Application
Liberty Utilities (Black Mountain Sewer) Corp. filed a Rate Application with the Arizona Corporate Comission (ACC) as orderd by the ACC to recover the costs required to provide safe and reliable wastewater services. To review the entire application, click the Application Button Below
Tax Reform Information
Regulated utilities collect local, state, and federal taxes as part of the cost of services provided to customers. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 reduced the corporate tax rate from 35 to 21%.
