Water Rates
Liberty Utilities filed a Rate Application with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) as ordered by the ACC to recover the costs required to provide safe and reliable water and wastewater services. The rates in the below tariff are effective for the following utilities July 1, 2025.

Notice of New Rates
On October 28, 2015, Liberty Utilities (Bella Vista Sewer) Corp. (“Company”) filed a rate application with the Arizona Corporation Commission (“Commission”). The Company requested a rate increase that would produce a just and reasonable rate of return.
Tax Reform Information
Regulated utilities collect local, state, and federal taxes as part of the cost of services provided to customers. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 reduced the corporate tax rate from 35 to 21%.
