  • Set up automatic payments 

    If you want to set up automatic payments using a checking account, please fill out the application found here. There is no fee for this service. 
    Email your completed form, send by fax or mail to the address specified on each form.

Things To Keep In Mind: 

  • Depending on which payment method you choose, the processing time can vary from 1-10 days. If your due date is less than ten days away, we recommend using a payment method with a faster processing time, such as paying in person.
  • Credit, ATM Debit and checking account transactions have a $1.00 minimum and a $1,200 maximum payment per transaction.
  • If your balance is larger than $1,200, you can make up to 8 separate transactions per 26 day period.
  • The official payment addresses and links found on this page are authorized by Liberty Utilities. Payments made through unauthorized bill pay services are not guaranteed.
  • Your service may be discontinued if payment is not received by the date indicated on your disconnection notice.
  • Checks returned as non-sufficient funds (NSF) will incur a fee.
