Water Rates and Tariffs

Water Rates and Tariffs

Rates reflect the cost to maintain and improve infrastructure, deliver safe and reliable water services, and provide customer care.

Water Rates

As ordered by the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC), Liberty Utilities filed a Rate Application to recover the costs necessary to continue providing safe and reliable water and wastewater services. Additionally in this process, the ACC approved the consolidation of the following utilities into a single entity:

  • Liberty Utilities (Cordes Lakes Water) Corp.
  • Liberty Utilities (Bella Vista Water) Corp.
  • Liberty Utilities (Beardsley Water) Corp.
  • Liberty Utilities (Rio Rico Water & Sewer) Corp.

As a result, the new consolidated rates shown in the tariff will be effective July 1, 2025, and will apply to all customers served by these systems.
