Commercial Programs

Liberty believes in empowering our customers with tools to help reduce water use. Below you will find programs from Liberty that can help you save water. These programs are at no cost to you. If you have further questions, please contact our water efficiency team at conservation@libertyutilities.com.

Landscape Audit
Landscape Audit

From hard to see leaks to inefficient watering practices, most water use in Arizona happens outside the house. A trained field service technician will check the property’s meters, extract data, and check for leaks. After the audit is completed, the water efficiency team will provide irrigation efficiency suggestions to maximize water savings.

To schedule a homeowner association or commercial landscape audit, please email conservation@libertyutilities.com.

Landscape Water Budget Tool
Landscape Water Budget Tool

Liberty will provide a landscape water budget estimate tool that utilizes historic weather data, average amounts of water needed for plants, and cost estimates to create a watering budget specific for your landscape to show where efficiencies could be maximized on the system.

To have a landscape water budget created for you, please email conservation@libertyutilities.com.
